Time is quickly passing away and we are finally getting out the information regarding the church camp gathering for 2012. The dates are July 9-13 and it will be held in Pigeon Forge Tenn. The host motel is the Governor's Inn and we have blocked off a group of rooms for $84.93 (all taxes included). We will have the conference room included at NO additional cost if we can guarantee 20 rooms. The rooms have 2 queen beds separated by a bath and comes with a fridge. A hot continental breakfast is also included.
For any families desiring larger accommodations, they have 1 and 2 bedroom condominiums offered at $158.69 and $240.26 at "The Resort". The one bedroom includes 2 queen beds as well as a queen sleeper sofa, but only has one bath. The two bedroom includes one king bed and two queen beds as well as a queen sleeper sofa with two baths. These units include a washer/ dryer. These units will also count towards our number of 20 rooms.
If you have not already made your reservations, please call 1-800-523-3919 or 1-800-223-6707 and ask for the 4th Ave Church of Christ Group Reservations to reserve your room/rooms. Remember the price is $84.93 all taxes included and we need to at least have a commitment for 20 rooms to have the large conference room included.
The meetings will begin at 700pm EST on Monday July 9 and at 900am EST on Tuesday-Friday. Looking forward to seeing everyone in Tennessee!
